How can you resolve it?
You’ll need to manually reinstall your We are AG plugin. Here are the steps on how you can do it.
Step 1 : Download the latest plugin
Log in with your We are AG and download the latest version of your specific plugin from your We are AG account here: https://weareag.co.uk/account/#!/downloads
Step 2 : Backup your site
Once you’ve downloaded the latest version of our plugin, please ensure that you’ve already made a backup of your website in case something goes wrong with the re-installation. You can use third party plugins like Updraft plus to backup your site or you could reach out to your hosting provider and have them backup the site for you.
Step 3: Deactivate and delete the plugin
Navigate to your WordPress plugin dashboard then deactivate the plugin.
Once deactivated, click Delete.
A confirmation pop-up would appear. Just hit the OK button to continue.
Note: You don’t have to worry about losing your settings as the We are AG settings are stored in your database.

Step 4: Install the new plugin version
Access your plugin dashboard again > click on add new > Upload plugin > Choose file > upload the latest plugin version that you’ve downloaded.
Once you’ve chose the download file, click Install now.
