1. Who We Are

Hi there 👋 We’re We are AG, a UK-based company that builds and sells WordPress and WooCommerce plugins.

These Terms explain how we sell, license, and support our plugins through weareag.co.uk and our payment partner Freemius.

By purchasing or using one of our plugins, you agree to these Terms. If anything’s unclear, please get in touch before buying, we’re always happy to help.

2. What These Terms Cover

These Terms cover:

  • All plugins and add-ons sold via weareag.co.uk
  • How your licence, updates, and support work
  • Subscriptions, renewals, and refunds

3. How Our Plugins Are Sold

We use Freemius to handle:

  • Secure payments
  • Licence key generation and management
  • Plugin update delivery
  • Subscription renewals

Freemius processes payments on our behalf. Your account, licence, and renewal details are managed through their system.

4. Prices, Payment & Delivery

  • All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).
  • You can pay securely using the options provided by Freemius.
  • Once payment is complete, you’ll receive an email from Freemius with your download link and licence key.
  • Taxes (like VAT) are added automatically based on your location.
  • We may update our pricing from time to time, but you’ll always see the final total before checkout.

5. Your Licence

When you buy one of our plugins, you’re purchasing a licence to use it, not ownership of the code.

That licence lets you:

  • Install and use the plugin on the number of sites you purchased for
  • Receive updates and support while your licence is active

You can’t:

  • Resell, share, or redistribute our plugins
  • Rebrand or claim them as your own
  • Use them in ways that break the law or harm others

When your licence expires, you can keep using the plugin, but you won’t receive updates or support until you renew.

6. Support

We’re known for friendly, responsive support, but there are some clear boundaries.

Support Hours

Our support team is available Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (UK time).
We’re closed on UK public holidays and during brief company breaks (we’ll always announce those ahead of time).

What We Help With

We’ll happily help you with:

  • Installing and setting up your AG plugin
  • Troubleshooting plugin-related issues
  • Fixing bugs in our code
  • Clarifying plugin features and usage

What’s Not Covered

We can’t provide support for:

  • Custom code or plugin modifications
  • Conflicts caused by other plugins or themes
  • Server, hosting, or general WordPress issues
  • New development work
  • Modified or outdated versions of our plugins

We aim to reply to all support requests within one working day, though complex cases might take a little longer.

7. Updates

While your licence is active, you’ll receive all plugin updates, including new features, improvements, and bug fixes.

If your licence expires, you can still use your current version but won’t receive future updates or support until you renew.

8. Refunds

Because our plugins are digital products, refunds are handled individually and at our discretion.

You can request a refund if:

  • You contact us within 30 days of purchase, and
  • You have attempted to resolve the issue with our support team first, and
  • The issue is caused by our plugin and we can’t reasonably fix it.

Refunds are not available for:

  • Renewal or subscription payments
  • Compatibility issues caused by other plugins, themes, or hosting setups
  • Change-of-mind or accidental purchases
  • Cases where you haven’t contacted us for support

We don’t offer exchanges, please make sure you’re buying the correct plugin before checkout.

All refunds are processed through Freemius, using your original payment method.

9. Warranty & Disclaimer

We test our plugins thoroughly, but no software is perfect.

We can’t guarantee they’ll work flawlessly with every theme, plugin, or hosting environment. You’re responsible for testing before going live.

We’re not liable for things like downtime, data loss, or lost revenue.

10. Intellectual Property

All plugins, code, documentation, and branding remain the property of We are AG.

You can use them under your licence, but you can’t redistribute, rebrand, or reverse-engineer them.

11. Publicity & References

We love to celebrate the businesses that use our plugins.

We may feature your name or logo in:

  • Case studies
  • Marketing materials
  • Social media posts
  • Presentations or showcase pages

If you’d rather not be included, email support@weareag.co.uk, and we’ll remove or exclude your details. No hard feelings.

12. What You Agree To

By purchasing or using our plugins, you agree to:

  • Use them legally and responsibly
  • Keep your licence key and account secure
  • Not redistribute or misuse our products

13. Ending Your Licence

If you break these Terms (for example, by sharing your licence key publicly), we may suspend or cancel your licence.

You’ll still be able to use your current version of the plugin, but you’ll lose access to updates and support.

14. Legal Details

If one part of these Terms isn’t valid, the rest still applies.

These Terms are governed by Scottish law, and any disputes will be handled by the courts of Scotland.

15. Changes to These Terms

We occasionally update these Terms to reflect new features, laws, or business changes.

The latest version will always be published on our website with the updated date at the top.

By continuing to use our plugins after changes, you agree to the updated Terms.
