It's always a little nerve wracking purchasing a new plugin that you know will involve complex configuration. When I reached out to AG, I received truly excellent support from Catrina who responded in real time, persevering with any and all issues until everything worked perfectly. I can't recommend these guys highly enough.

Have only been uing the plugin for a short period, but we had issues to begin with and We are AG helped us get things fixed quickly. The issue was a problem with tyl/natwest account, not the plugin itself, We are AG worked with tyl/natwest and got it sorted!.

I've used AG a few times for payment plugins and always have had quick support with resolution to any issues.

Firstly, the payment gateway plugin works really well and the docs are well written and have all the information to get you up taking payments via Lloyds Cardnet. However, if like me, you get a bit stuck or have any questions about how the plugin integrates and functions, the support from the guys at AG is spot on. They get back to you really fast and explain everything in a manner to make it easy. Would definitely recommend and will purchase from them again when I need to.

Being new to WooCommerce it was nice to have something that simply works when installed. Asked a simple question of support, who responded quickly and also looped in the Lloyds Cardnet people too for confirmation. All up and running and working well.

We use this on all our Woocommerce sites, it's easy to set up and works well. Allows refunds from within Woocomerce without having to login to Sagepay/opayo each time. Very friendly and fast support - thank you Aaron and Catrina!

First time using a plugin created by AG, we are using the Tyl payment plugin which we are extremely impressed with, we also needed an additional feature with the plugin and the team at AG answered our support question instantly and jumped straight on to implementing our feature request and we had a solution within 24 hours! you don't find support like that often. I can't overstate how good Aaron and the team have been in helping us get going with this plugin. We used the Barclay's We Are AG integration plugin as a client opted for Barclay's over Stripe or other payment gateways. The plugin had excellent documentation but more importantly, when we contacted the support team for more information when moving from the staging to production, the help received was incredible. Recently had a couple of issues with a new install of ePDQ gateway plugin. Aaron and his team were fast and knowledgeable, a great example of first class tech support.

We had an issue with our checkout process not correctly re-directing when a transaction failed. Aaron B has worked wonders on getting this sorted. Aaron even tweaked a 3rd party plugin (set a rule) outside of the plugins AG offer to fix the issue we had. I had the pleasure of being helped by Aaron with an issue regarding TAX allocation. I was not aware of this, but Aaron not only managed to find it within 5 minutes of me giving him access to our backend, but he provided solutions to another unrelated issue with me giving access to the backend. No reply was clear your cache, but instead he took initiative, found the bug, explained the bug to us and now we have a fully working integration.

The plugin is great, but the support that comes with it is fantastic. Our support guy went an extra step to log into our ePDQ login and configure the setting until it worked. Theres a really good team behind the plugin. I'm happy with it.

I have to say I have been working with Wordpress websites for many years and I'm hard pushed to recall a plugin that has such excellent levels of support. If you are afraid about the technical part to integrate the Ingenico payment server and test server to your wordpress site, don't . At weareag.co.uk they answer your emails and even do the job for you when you ask, so that you will be able to accept payments on your site once you signed the Ingenico agreement. We installed the payment gateway plugin onto a test site for a client and went through the set up process with no problem, The instructions are clear an easy to follow. Test payments were created with ease. The site was migrated to a new server and went live, that's where we hit an issue, no payments were being recognised. The only issues we've experienced have been the result of 'changes' made by Sage Pay, this is when we discovered how good the AG technical support is. One of the best plugins I've bought, Nice functionality and very good documentation - and support. Barclays isn't the easiest of back ends but the documentation and support provided here makes it straightforward. On top of the initial support getting it working in a development environment, there is then help on going live and taking actual payments. Once live we found we were having to match up Woo-commerce orders to another internal system being used; the dev team came up with a new filter/override that allowed us to pass custom data back to the Barclays back end which lets the finance department reconcile easily. The best support I've had on a paid plugin.

We opted to use the AG ePDQ Gateway in our Direct-2-Consumer website for its ease of use and robustness. Unfortunately, during testing we experienced an issue with the 3DS verification, which we raised to AG, AG acknowledged the issue within a few minutes, and had pushed out a fix within a coupe of hours. Superb support! I highly recommend the product and, perhaps more importantly, the company!

There are a few EPDQ plugins but thus is the best, easiest to set up and use. You actually feel like someone is holding your hand and doing it with you step by step. The Barclays documentation is unfathomable for a non-tech person and would be impossible to set up. With this plugin the documentation and set up wizard is so good it literally takes you page by page through the set up telling you what is needed in each field, which fields can be left blank, check boxes for completion of vital steps. If you get stuck the support is quick and straightforward. The plugin allows for the test environment too so you can test to your heart's content before you go live (even providing test products) There is even a 'Go Live' strategy to help ensure your live site is active immediately. And it's at one of the best prices!

EPDQ Barclaycard WooCommerce plugin has worked spot on as advertised, and when something has gone wrong Aaron is always on hand and sorted out our issues within a few hours, highly recommend!

I did have an error with issuing refunds, it wasn't the plugin's fault but the support I received from AG was excellent, with their speedy help (within 24 hours over a weekend) I was able to rectify it.

Although the initial problem seemed the to stem from the ePDQ Gateway they worked patiently to find a proper solution that turned out to be an issue with a totally unrelated plugin. If you ever used a payment processor plugin you know how frustratingly complicated they are. My case was not different, What was different is the help I get from Aaron at AG. He had not only told me what to do but when the bank's UI failed me, he even logged-in as me and corrected my mistake. That was enough of a 5 star review. A day later when I realised that another plugin was stopping this plugin to work, Aaron diagnosed the issue and advised me what to ask the other plugin author to eliminate the conflict. When they failed to answer in time he went above remit and told me what to change in the guilty plugin to avoid the conflict. A simply fabulous support: It's a TEN from me!

I have reviewed Aarons plug in previously, scroll down to the bottom and I was one of the first users of his plugin a few years ago after the official Barclaycard Plug in stopped working. A couple of times I have had issues Aaron has resolved them for me very quickly and showed me how to do it myself if they were to occur again. I had an unusual one this week and despite going through the help files I couldn't see the fault. Aaron very quickly and patiently went through it and corrected it, it was a setting at the Barclaycard end, not the plugin. I cannot speak highly enough of his technical support, it is the best I have encountered with any product. I have rarely needed it, but when I do he is right there, and fully explaining the problem in a clear and helpful way. The plugin and the support is an absolute bargain in my opinion and have recommended it to several friends who are now using it.

When you read reviews people tend to be a bit cautious as to the legitimacy of them. However the support is truly as good as people say.

I struggled with using the setup guide as I don't know what I am doing! Luckily the support team are fantastic and helped me through. The gateway itself does what I need it to do :)

We installed the plugin very easliy and the support guide provided the answers to other technical set-up questions. In testing, all worked well, but in the Live mode an error occured in the final order received page Aaron & June provided excellent support, promptly and with thorough investigation of the settings and configuration. The error was found to be caused by a setting in another plugin, Aaron adjusted that plugin and the epdq Gateway plugin is now working securely and smoothly processing orders.

Does exactly as it should and the setup documentation is a simple step by step process. It was up and running within 30 mins!

Really impressed by the help I was given to get everything setup. There is not quite as much information around for Cardnet as there is with other gateways, so the help was really needed and appreciated to get things integrated quickly for the client.

Firstly, Aaron's support is perfect, he got back to me with minutes and his advice was always spot on. Secondly, this plug-in is extremely easy to use, worth it's weight in gold, for sure!

After following the detailed set up instructions as there is a lot do to the plugin works very well. When any minor issues arise our support requests are answered incredibly quickly withing 10 minutes sometimes and a resolution is always found quickly. First started using this plugin about 4 years ago and although we have had one or two hiccups (of our doing) along the way, Aaron has always been there to sort them out. It works so well I have upgrade to a 5 site licence to service our other ecommerce offshoots which feed into a single Barclays ePDQ account. Thoroughly recommended, great product - works out of the box, and great support if / when you need it.

Adding a payment gateway can be a tricky process.Unfamiliar terms and working across 2 platforms, your own website and your Barclays ePDQ account can seem a little daunting. Aaron was quick to reply to my questions and clearly explained everything I was uncertain about . I'm very pleased with my purchase and confident Aaron is available should I need further assistance.

The plugin was as simple as it could be to install and set up. I had tried other plugins and had problems with all of them. As it was my first time connecting the ePDQ system to one of my sites and must say I found their system quite daunting but Aaron sorted out my settings within the ePDQ system and made it work in no time. The plugin fitted perfectly with what I required to use Barclays EPDQ on site site. Hands down the easiest part of the whole EPDQ set up, don't know what kind of show those guys are running but setting this up was very very easy. As I needed to use multi currency on my site, Barclays provided me with two separate PSPID's which is not what they said they would originally do. Aaron was there to help out and customised my plugin and site for a small fee. It worked perfectly first time!! That never happens! Very fast support and extremely helpful. Hats off to Aaron, my new favourite developer! Created a killer plugin here and it is the only solution I will use for Woo and Barclays integration.

I replaced a plugin from a different vendor and their price seemed to be marked at what they could get you to pay so when I saw the price of this plugin I was a bit sceptical. I needn't have worried the plugin works a treat and is what you would expect to pay for this functionality. A fair price for what I think is actually a better product nice work. One slight critisism is the images on the product page are not just there for display they show you how to set up the plugin, it may have been an idea to add a note to that effect or mark them a bit more than the yellow highlight currently used.

So simple even I can install it and use it. We looked at the Barclays recommended plugin and this one, and given that there's a serious price difference between the two can't imagine why anyone but the biggest players would not buy this. It works perfectly straight out of the box. No hassles. Well recommended.

Spoke to Aaron befor ebuying and he was very helpful. He told me it was easy to set up and it wasn't sales waffle, it genuinely is. Was previously using a system recommended by Barclaycard, we paid for complicated installation service and after three months and £200 it has stopped working properly and no payment facility for two weeks, and the devs were unable to work out why. I literally set this up in 15 minutes and within 20 minutes of going live it paid for itself with orders. Highly recommended.

I was looking for a way to implement a Barclays payment gateway on my Woo Commerce store to join it up with an existing account. This allowed me to do so simply and easily, I was impressed with just how easy it was to set up and it has worked perfectly ever since.

I used this payment gateway plugin on a client site and found it easy to set up in WooCommerce. The Barclays side of things was trickier, but Aaron soon got us up and running via email support. The only area for improvement could be more detailed documentation for people who are not familiar with the Barclays settings and terminology.
