How to resolve AG Status check failed?

Upon checking an order, you’ve noticed that there are order notes added from the order, similar to the ones below:

What is this error for?

With our recent plugin versions, we have released the ePDQ status check feature in order to ensure that issues related to pending/ failed transactions in WooCommerce are resolved. Now, the message from the order notes above means that you haven’t enabled the feature yet since you may have missed adding the API username and password on your ePDQ plugin settings.

To resolve this, you’ll have to ensure that you’ve created an API user from your ePDQ back office account and have placed it on the ePDQ plugin settings. Here is the article on how you can resolve it.
