What is the ACS Challenge Simulator for?

If you have tried to process a test transaction using a Visa test card while your ePDQ plugin is in test mode, you’ll encounter the ACS Challenge Simulator as seen below:

What’s it for and how do I process the transaction?

Don’t worry as this page is safe and it is not really an error. The page that you are seeing is the test 3D secure page and you just need to click the “Continue transaction” button and the payment will go through. This ACS Challenge Simulator is only when you are still testing in test mode and it won’t appear anymore if you are processing live transactions.
