What to Do When (-1) Page Error Returns After Payment

Why does this error occur?

After you had set up the plugin and proceeded to test it for the first time, the payment goes through but you were redirected to a blank page with only “-1” displayed on the screen, like the one shown in the screenshot above.

This scenario is most likely due to some setup problems or a plugin/theme conflict within your WordPress site.

What to do when this happens?

As of now, it does not point us to a specific error, and it varies as to what could be causing this, as mentioned above.

The first thing to do is to prepare a copy of your WooCommerce Status report by following the steps from this article, then contact our support team. This would help us see detailed information on your site. We can try to pinpoint what could be causing this using the information in the WooCommerce status, as it could possibly be a conflict with the active plugins or the theme of the site.

We will also need the screenshots of the following pages in the ePDQ back office:

Configuration > Technical information > Transaction feedback
Configuration > Technical information > Data and origin verification
Configuration > Error Logs
Operations > View transactions > show list.

This would help us determine if there’s anything from the setup of your site that could have been misconfigured.
