Test Purchase with Klarna

AG WestPay for WooCommerce supports payments through Klarna for sites using Pre-authorization operation. To make a test payment while in test mode, please follow the steps below:

1. Ensure that your site is currently in test mode.

To double-check this, go to your WooCommerce >> Settings >> Payments >> Click on the “Manage” button of AG WestPay Settings. Then check the “Store Status” option, and make sure that this is currently set to “Test Environment”:

2. Set your site to Pre-Authorization

Go to your WooCommerce >> Settings >> Payments >> Click on the “Manage” button of AG WestPay Settings. Set the Operation option to “Pre-authorization”.

3. Set Klarna One as an accepted card.

In the same section (WooCommerce >> Settings >> Payments >> Click on the “Manage” button of AG WestPay Settings), navigate to the option labeled “Accepted Cards”, then include Klarna One within it.

4. Proceed with the test purchase.

Add a product to your cart, and proceed. While on the checkout page, use the following details for their respective fields:

The email address you use on the checkout page must be: customer@email.uk
Phone number must be: 08082580300

Proceed with the payment, and select Klarna:

You will be redirected to Klarna’s payment page upon selecting Klarna and completing the test purchase.
