How do you Enable the Logs in We Are AG plugin and Share a Copy to Support Team?

If you’re facing issues while testing the AG plugins, the first step we recommend everyone is to look in the back office’s error log section. However, sometimes some errors might not be logged from their end.

This would be the best time to enable the debug log feature of our plugins from your WordPress dashboard,

Step 1: Enable Debug Reporting

Note
If it’s already enabled, move to Step 2.
  1. Log in to WordPress → Go to WooCommerce Settings.
  2. Under Payments tab → Find AG Plugin → Click Manage.
  3. Scroll down a little and Toggle or Tick the option Enable Debug checkbox.
  4. Click Save Changes at the bottom of the page.

Once enabled, the plugin will start logging relevant activity. Reproduce the issue you’re facing so it gets recorded in the log by doing a test payment.

Step 2: Share a copy of our plugin’s debug log.

  1. From your WordPress Admin Dashboard. Go to WooCommerce → Status → Logs.
  2. Check the related AG plugin log file from the list. See sample screenshot below:

3. Lastly, Download the file and Share it with AG Support in text or file format. Here’s an example of some logs that you can see from this panel:

That’s it! If you encounter any errors in the logs, our We are AG Documentation can help guide you to solutions, especially the “Troubleshooting” sections for each plugin. If you need any additional assistance, please don’t hesitate to contact our support team. One of our support staff will be happy to help with your questions.
