Does We are AG provide support through calls and live video screen sharing?

At the moment, We are AG does not provide support through calls and live video screen sharing. As much as we would like to have a live interaction with our clients and provide assistance instantaneously, here in We are AG, we believe that providing support through email/ticket system is the most viable way to cover every client’s support needs, clarification, and queries.  Given the fact that we have clients from around the globe, we would have to consider the time differences of everyone.

By utilizing the email/ticket system, we would be able to give a response in a timely manner for every client that needs our assistance. We do our best to respond within 2 hours after you submit an email/ticket.

We provide support to our customers from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm GMT. During these times, we’ll do our best to get your queries covered, so feel free to let us know about it! –
