Our products work as long as your licenses are active. If a license has expired, our plugin might ask you to renew your license so that it would work again. However, what if you had just recently paid for the license renewal but the plugin is still asking you to renew? How can you resolve it?
How can you resolve it?
You’ll have to resync the license, and this can be done by following three easy steps:
- Navigate from the AG plugins in the admin sidebar
- Click Manage Licence & Billing.
3. Click the Sync option as seen below:
