Managing Your Account’s Licenses and Billing Information

We work with Freemius https://freemius.com/ to handle payments and license management, keeping everything secure and easy to manage. All customers have access to the Freemius User Dashboard, where you can manage your account details. 

You can access your dashboard by logging in here: https://weareag.co.uk/account/#!/login, where you can update your personal and billing information. Please make sure your details are always up to date.

Account Ownership and Billing

In most cases, one person (the account owner) manages both the account and the payment details. From your dashboard, you can handle everything, updating your information, managing licenses, and renewing or cancelling subscriptions.

In some situations, different people handle payments and product setup (for example, a billing team and a developer, or an agency and a client). In these cases, it’s important to ensure that account ownership and billing details are set up correctly.

To support these situations, Freemius introduced a new Payer role, alongside the existing Customer role.

For example, if an agency wants its client to handle payment for a premium product, they can simply transfer billing to the client. 

How to transfer billing:

  1. Ensure the plugin is still active on your website. Do not deactivate it.
  2. Navigate to your account page: https://weareag.co.uk/account/.
  3. Find the website where the plugin is installed and click on the plugin to expand the details.
  4. Click on ‘Transfer Billing to Client’.

Transferring Account Ownership or License

You can change the email address and give access to someone else. 

However, changing the email does not update billing or payment details. You are responsible for ensuring the transfer is completed properly and that no outdated personal or billing information remains on the account.
