Can’t update plugin – Update failed: Download failed. Internal Server Error

You may have received the error below when updating your We are AG product from your WordPress plugins dashboard.

How can you resolve it?

You can update the plugin from our plugin’s licensing manager as explained below:

  1.  Navigate from the AG plugins in the admin sidebar
  2. Click Manage Licence & Billing.

3. Click the Install Update Now button as seen below:

The plugin will then update to its latest version.
