How to use the AG Void Transaction action for Preauthorized Transactions

The team added the feature to void or cancel preauthorized transactions within WooCommerce.

You can test this feature by following the steps below:

1.) Proceed with a test purchase while your payment’s operation is set to “Pre-authorization”. You can follow our guide about it from here – How To Process Pre-authorization Payments for First Data Connect

2.) Once the order’s status has been set to “On hold”, you can now proceed in editing it and using the “AG Void Transaction” action from the order’s action. Then click on “Update”. Like so:

3.) The order’s status will be set as “Canceled” once the void process has been successful. You will also be able to see the success message from the order note:
