What are the symptoms?
After processing a payment, the user is redirected back to the site, but they see something like below. If they are shown this, the order is not marked as “Paid.”
What does this error mean?
The error indicates that the URI requested by the client is longer than the server is willing to interpret.
How can you resolve the issue?
We would recommend that you check if you have any security plugins on your site, which can ‘filter long URLs.’
If you have a security plugin like the iThemes Security plugin, you can disable it from the iThemes Security options > System Tweaks > and disable the “Filter long URLs” option.
