Why is the Money Not Added to My Bank Account Immediately?

We want to make sure you’re in the loop when it comes to how payments work with our plugin. Currently, the plugin isn’t set up to directly transfer funds to your account as the Merchant.

It all has to do with ePDQ’s settlement period system, which, by default, takes around 3 days before your money makes its way into your account.

For example, let’s say a buyer purchases an item from your site on a Monday. The payment gets processed on either Tuesday or Wednesday. After this process, the payment should be all settled and snug in your account by Thursday.

Now, here’s the good news: If you’d like to speed up this process or make any changes, you can get in touch with the ePDQ finance team, and they’ll be happy to assist.
Just give them a ring at 0800 161 5343, and they’ll guide you through the options to tailor this setup to your liking.
