The previous site’s design launched in 2016, although it feels like it was really only months ago, so this year we reviewed what was working and what could be better, and this is what we came up with.
We are still providing you with payment gateway solutions for your WordPress WooCommerce store and wanted to make everything smoother for you. Now we bring you a fresh look that is more clearly laid out so you can more easily find what you want. The product pages are streamlined, documentation easier to understand and find, the feature requests section improved.

Within the plugins documentation section you can now immediately see the topics under each payment processing solution. This makes it easier for you to find what you’re looking for, including setup, troubleshooting, and tips about recommended plugins, general terms used, taking invoice payments and more. And if there is ever anything you want to know, our team is keen to advise and support you, just add a support request, open a ticket from within your account page (for customers) or add a Feature Request if you already use one of our plugins.
Indeed the Feature Requests section is still very much integral to how we support you. You can make your own request, vote on those already made, and now you can make comments on existing requests. We’re keen to listen and consider what is most useful for you.
