You can see this error from the product notes of your specific order located on the right side of your page.
This means the customer tried to purchase your product using a card brand that you do not have activated on your Ingenico account. Having this error would cause the order status of your WooCommerce order to fail.
From Ingenico BackOffice account > Configuration > Payment methods, you can activate more payment methods.
If you get in touch with the Ingenico team, they will tell you what card brand this customer used so you can make sure it’s set up. You can reach out to their support team here.
