You might have seen this error when you have checked an order from the WooCommerce > Orders dashboard > View Order > Order notes.
The order is canceled, and for you to still use this order, you’ll have to manually update the order status to where you want the order to be.
This is because WooCommerce’s hold stock feature allows you to set a certain period of time to hold the stock for an unpaid order. At this time, the status of the order is changed to pending. If the time limit is reached and the order remains unpaid, the pending order will have the cancelled status.
You can resolve this by navigating from your WooCommerce dashboard > Settings > Products > Inventory and remove the value from the Hold stock (minutes) field to disable the feature.
