Can’t update plugin – Update failed: Download failed. Internal Server Error

Oh no! Encountered an error while updating your We are AG product from your WordPress plugins dashboard?

How can you resolve it?

You can easily resolve it by updating the plugin from our plugin’s licensing manager. Just follow these simple steps:

  1. In your WordPress admin area, navigate to AG plugins in the sidebar.
  2. Click on Manage License & Billing.
  3. Look for the Install Update Now button and give it a click, like in the image below:

That’s it! Your plugin will update to the latest version.
