My apologies for the long break since the last blog post, but I have been working very hard on building Property Stack so that I can get it up and running for you!
Let me briefly remind you what Property Stack can offer your company. In today’s market, most property searches begin online, which makes an attractive and easy to navigate website very important. One of the benefits of Property Stack is how easy it is to use and set up, which translates to slashing the costs associated with setting up a brand new website, whether you’re a new or an established agency. Property Stack will produce flexible and affordable web sites in a fraction of the time it would normally require to build and maintain a quality estate agency website. Agencies can choose between a subscription-based, fully managed service or a WordPress plugin, should you already have an in house developer. The fully managed service would allow agencies to just get on with what they do best, while being rest assured that their technology is constantly kept up to date, and that their website is in very capable hands, with little to no effort on the agencies’ part.
We will be able to engage directly with clients and developers to help them develop the exact technology that they need to help them interact with their own clients and vendors. This can be credited to the modular nature of the design and coding, which is something I have worked long and hard on to develop! This allows us to help our clients build a web site that has the specific functionality that they desire, all while they concentrate on the day-to-day running of their agencies. I will constantly be developing new services to assist our clients with staying at the forefront of this demanding and fast-paced market.
Right now, the core plugin is almost completed. This will be available for free on WordPress.org, and I am still working hard to come up with new plugins and themes that you can purchase to supplement this core plugin. This will help clients who are interested in more of a hands on approach, allowing them to pick and choose the services they require instead of using the fully managed subscription service. Property Stack is currently at the beta stage, with a handful of people already testing the plugin. The Rightmove RTFD (Real Time Data Feed) has just been approved by Rightmove themselves, which is a big step as it is the leading property search website in the UK. This ensures that any properties you post to your website automatically gets uploaded to Rightmove with no further effort on your part, thereby ensuring your properties will be viewed on one of the most popular websites in the UK.
Property Stack also has integrations with Vebra Alto and Jupix so you will not have to worry at all about seamlessly integrating it with any existing software that you might be using. I am putting the finishing touches to the new extension, which is a Google Maps search system that would allow your users to filter properties on a map, making it easier for them to specify their search area. This will work hand-in-hand with our other plugins which will provide clients with the ability to easily upload video tours to their websites, or allow their customers to book in viewings for specific properties directly through the website as well.
I am currently also building a small team of support ninjas and virtual assistants to help with Property Stack customers. This will ensure that any and all queries that you have as you go along are answered and dealt with as quickly as possible so that your experience with Property Stack is as smooth as possible.
