How to resolve error N:-5108: MOTO NOT ALLOWED?

After following the steps on how to integrate MOTO payments, you might have tested it out however the payment does not go through successfully. Upon checking the order notes of the failed order (WooCommerce > Order > select the order > right side of the page), it might say “Order approval code N:-5108: MOTO NOT ALLOWED” as seen from the screenshot below:

How do you resolve it?

If this error appears, it means that MOTO needs to be activated on your account before it will work. You can reach out to FirstData Connect’s customer support team so that they can enable MOTO payments for you.
