If you have attempted to refund the order from your WooCommerce order dashboard, it might have returned an error, and it wouldn’t allow you to refund the order.
If you’ve enabled debug mode from your ePDQ plugin settings, the error log will generate the error “The data you entered is not correct. Please retry.” as seen from the screenshot below:
According to the error codes returned by ePDQ, this means that you’ll have to double-check if the username and password for the API-user are correct. We recommend that you make a new API user account and use their details in the plugin settings.
